体外研究 | BEC导致了NO依赖性的平滑肌收缩的显著增强。在心肌细胞中,BEC增强了Ca(2+)依赖性的NOS活性和NO产生,同时提高了其基础收缩力。 BEC还通过降低cyclin D1和CDK4的表达水平,增加p27的表达以及部分减少Akt和ERK的磷酸化,来抑制人源肺动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖。 |
